Buenas noches
Vivo en Los Angeles concretamente en Bell gardens y me gustaría saber si usted está por aquí o si conoce alguien, por qué desearía comer pan de jamón , hallacas y tequeños
Gracias y esperando su respuestas

Hi Erika,

I have to tell you how I got to your website. This may sound strange and absurd to you but I had a dream. And in my dream I was invited to a big feast and to cut a long dream story short, I was invited to a restaurant named Agua Avira. I don’t speak Spanish, never heard of the expression before in my life but the it popped up from nowhere! So when I got up from the dream I immediately wrote it down and that was how I found your website when I googled it! Coincidentally though I mentioned to a biz partner of mine a few days ago that the famous Tabasco sauce comes from U.S and not Mexico. It is eerily strange that here I am now writing to a recipe designer born in Mexico and raised in the U.S! It is even stranger still that I am looking for a traditional Red Hot Pepper Sauce recipe to be commercialized here in Malaysia. Am I destined to ask you for a traditional hot pepper sauce recipe? Who knows! But all I intended was just to share you with my dream and how I got here. The ‘why’ it happened shall remain a mystery. Mysterious things in life do happen.

Have a Merry X’mas and a Happy New Year.

I so missed your email this week. I hope everything’s all right. Love the emails and I’ve tried several of your recipes. I like the diversity. The recipes are a different take on Hispanic food that you usually see in restaurants.

Keep those recipes coming. I look forward to them!
