I had to prepare myself and have snacks at the ready for whenever cravings strike.  I wanted to keep snack time fresh with minimal junk food and had to get creative to avoid any snack burnout.

Ice cream is always a favorite dessert in our home, but this time I wanted to make a healthy version  to snack on with frozen bananas, vanilla extract and fresh strawberries.  Three ingredients, that’s it!
