School is back in session for us and my thinking cap for creative breakfast ideas is back on. - 1 banana, ripe
- 1 cup coconut or almond milk
- 1 7-ounce Cacique Yogurt Smoothie, Pecan with Cereal flavor
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
- 1/4 cup popped amaranth
- Place all ingredients except amaranth in a blender container and blend until smooth.
- Serve, top with popped amaranth and enjoy.
