Cajeta Hot Chocolate

December 2, 2015

The chill is finally in the air and warm, comforting drinks warm up our bellies. It’s a holiday tradition in my home, like with most families, to celebrate with a hot beverage in hand what the season (and the winter) have to offer.

I love cuddling up by the Christmas tree with a good book and a piping cup of hot chocolate. But sometimes, honestly, there is no time to prepare a hot drink. Stirring by the stove until the chocolate tablets have dissolved takes time and patience. Not to mention a good attitude towards dishwashing when all I want to do is rest after a long day. Sometimes, I don’t have the time or patience required to enjoy a holiday drink made at home.

When International Delight introduced their new line of hot holiday drinks I was ecstatic to get my hands on them. I already love their creamers and I knew this new take on hot holiday classic drinks would be a winner. I would get to enjoy these tasty drinks in the morning when I’m limited on time and in the evening, when I’m looking forward to sit back and relax.

International Delight’s new line of hot beverages include:

NEW! Milk Hot Chocolate
NEW! Dark Hot Chocolate
Original Nog
Vanilla Nog

?I’m a sucker for chocolate so I decided to create my own hot drink with International Delight’s Milk Hot Chocolate.
