Peep Parfaits
makes 4
Ingredients
2 cups ready-made angel food cake, cut in 1/2-inch cubes
2 cups vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup International Delight White Chocolate Mocha creamer
1/2 cup blueberries, rinsed
1/2 cup raspberries, rinsed
4 cookies or wafers
4 Peeps
mint for garnish
Instructions
In a small bowl combine vanilla yogurt and International Delight creamer. Whisk until completely mixed.
Place 1/2 cup angel food cake cubes In four separate serving glasses, top each with 1/2 cup yogurt mixture and berries.
Garnish with cookie, one Peep and mint sprig.

Ingredientes
2 tazas de pastel ya preparado de ángel, cortado en cubos 1/2-pulgada
2 tazas de yogur de vainilla
1/4 taza del International Delight White Chocolate Mocha
1/2 taza de arándanos, enjuagados
1/2 taza de frambuesas , enjuagadas
4 galletas u obleas
4 Peeps
menta para adornar
Instrucciones
En un tazón pequeño combina el yogur de vainilla y crema Internacional Delight. Bate hasta que esté completamente mezclado.
En 4 vasos para servir, coloca 1/2 taza de cubos de pastel de ángel en cada vaso, agrega en cada uno, 1/2 taza de la mezcla de yogur y bayas.
Adorna con la galleta, un Peep y una ramita de menta.
