It’s time to start thinking about the holidays! Wrapping paper, glittery sweaters, shopping lines and menu planning. Time ticks by and stress levels rise.
We must step back, take a deep breath and really think about and reflect what the holidays are really about. It’s a time to spend with your loved ones and cherish special moments that will be remembered for the rest of our lives.
If there is one thing my family has perfected over the years during this stressful time is holiday entertaining. It’s all about fun, care-free recipes that are delicious and so easy to prepare, we involve the kids in the preparation process. One of those recipes is the highly coveted brownie and raspberry parfait recipe.
We’ve taken our love of chocolate and raspberry and given it a creamy layer of JET-PUFFED Marshmallows and PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese. Top that with a peppermint sprig and more chocolate and you’ve got yourself a decadently perfect Christmas recipe the family can assemble on their own and enjoy with pride.

Ingredients
- 1 package brownie mix prepared according to box instructions, cut in ¾” cubes.
- 18 ounces frozen raspberries, thawed
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 8 ounces PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- ½ cup JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- chocolate shavings for garnish
- peppermint (or mint) sprig for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine raspberries and ¼ cup sugar. Stir until well mixed. Set aside.
- In a medium microwave safe bowl, combine cream cheese, brown sugar and whipped marshmallow creme. Microwave for 30 seconds. Remove from microwave and stir to combine.
- To assemble: Place a few brownie cubes in the bottom of 6 individual dessert cups.
- Top brownies with 2 ½ tablespoons of cream cheese mixture, then about 3 tablespoons of raspberries.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings and mint leaves and enjoy!

Parfaits de Brownie con Frambuesa
rinde 6 porciones
Ingredientes
1 paquete de Mezcla de brownie preparado de acuerdo a las instrucciones de la caja, cortados en cubos de ¾ ”
18 onzas de frambuesas congeladas, descongeladas
¼ taza de azúcar granulada
8 onzas de queso crema PHILADELPHIA
½ taza de JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
1/4 taza de azucar moreno
chispas de chocolate para decorar
ramitas de menta para decorar
Instrucciones
En un tazón mediano mezcla las frambuesas y el ¼ de taza de azúcar ¼. Revuelve hasta que estén bien mezclados. Pon a un lado.
En un recipiente apto para microondas mediano, mezcla el queso crema, crema de malvaviscos y ¼ taza de azúcar moreno. Calienta por 30 segundos. Saca del microondas y revuelve para mezclar.
Para ensamblar: Coloca algunos cubos de brownie en la parte inferior de 6 copas de postre individuales.
Agrega 2 ½ cucharadas de mezcla de queso crema, luego 3 cucharadas de frambuesas.
Decora con chispas de chocolate y hojas de menta y disfruta!
