We are celebrating National Blueberry Month!  What better way to play homage to this sweet blue gem than to develop a drink recipe around it?  But this one is no ordinary drink recipe, I’ve put my thinking cap on and made this “delight” extra special.

To give my recipe the sweet and subtle flavor of berry jam stuffed churros, I used International Delight’s new flavor: Cold Stone Creamery™ Churro Caramel. It has the delicious caramel taste we all love on our summer fair favorite dessert and the tart sweetness of seasonal summer blueberries.

Creamy Blueberry Delights
Serves 2

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups almond milk, unsweetened
1/3 cup In Delight’s Cold Stone Creamery™ Churro Caramel creamer
whipped topping for garnish
mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:
In a blender, combine blueberries, almond milk and creamer.  Blend until smooth.
Serve and garnish with whipped topping, mint leaves and any extra blueberries.
